3-Way Catalyst Program for Natural Gas Engines.

Cummins Emission Solutions is pleased to announce the 3-Way Catalyst Program for Natural Gas Engines. Whether you need a specific aftertreatment product for a new application or you are looking for an emission reduction technology for engines in service, this program offers solutions.

The name, 3-Way Catalyst, is based on the ability of the product to deliver simultaneous reduction of NOx, CO and THC. The 3-Way Catalyst can destroy up to 99% of these plus Acetaldehyde, Formaldehyde, Acrolein and Methanol. The program has been developed to meet even the toughest emission requirements.

Cummins Emission Solutions and Johnson-Matthey have partnered to provide the best range of options across Cummins and other engine makes.
There are three product options:

• 3-Way Catalyst
• 3-Way Catalyst XL
• 3-Way Catalyst XLS (with Silencer)

The 3-Way Catalyst is for natural gas engines rated 49 – 500 hp. Its stainless steel housing provides durability and quick release clamps provide easy maintenance. Dual catalyst housing is available that can accommodate one or two catalyst elements thus providing greater flexibility.

The 3-Way Catalyst XL is for engines above 250 hp. It is available in a variety of sizes, and it is designed for add-on capability for additional catalysts or acoustic mufflers.

The 3-Way Catalyst XLS (with Silencer) uses advanced technologies for emissions compliance combined with noise reduction. It is easy to install and the catalyst is easy to remove.

All products are covered by performance and emissions warranties that meet or exceed EPA and CARB retrofit coverage. The catalysts apply to Cummins and other engine makes.

Then please refer to the sales drawings that will allow you to pick the right pipe, tube or flange size.

The 3-Way Catalyst and 3-Way Catalyst XL are stainless steel and the 3-Way Catalyst XLS is carbon steel construction (stainless steel construction available).
